Terms and conditions

Last updated January 2026

These terms govern your use of the Clubhouse website, the Clubhouse Benefits app and your membership of the club. By joining or using our services you agree to them.

Membership

Membership is granted at the discretion of Clubhouse and is personal to the member and the business named on the application. Membership may not be transferred or resold without written consent.

Fees and renewal

Membership fees are payable in advance for the term selected at joining and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable other than where required by law.

Partner offers

Savings, rates and experiences are supplied by third-party partners and are subject to their own terms, availability and change without notice. Clubhouse facilitates access but is not the supplier of those goods or services.

Member conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all club events and within the member community. Clubhouse may suspend or terminate membership for conduct that damages the club or its members.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, Clubhouse's total liability in connection with membership is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
