Privacy policy
Last updated January 2026
Clubhouse is committed to protecting the privacy of members, prospective members and partners. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, business name, email address, telephone number and the answers you provide in the Membership Fit questionnaire, including sector, team size, turnover band and growth priorities.
We also collect technical information automatically, such as device type, browser and pages visited, to keep the site secure and improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to assess membership suitability, to respond to your enquiry, to deliver membership benefits, to administer the Clubhouse Benefits app, and — where you have agreed — to send you relevant club news and offers. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing with partners
Where you request a specific partner offer or introduction, we share only the information needed to fulfil it. Partners are contractually required to use that data solely for the purpose it was shared.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure within the UK or EEA, and retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
