Modern slavery statement

Last updated January 2026

Clubhouse has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This statement sets out the steps we take to ensure it has no place in our business or supply chain.

Our business

Clubhouse operates a business members club providing savings, education, wellbeing, connections, hospitality and travel benefits to small and medium sized businesses across the United Kingdom.

Our supply chain

Our supply chain consists principally of benefit partners, hospitality and travel providers, technology suppliers and professional services firms. We assess the risk of modern slavery as low but recognise it is not zero, particularly in hospitality and facilities services.

Due diligence

Partners are reviewed before onboarding and are expected to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to hold their own suppliers to the same standard. Partnership agreements include the right to terminate where a breach is identified.

Training and reporting

Team members involved in partner selection receive guidance on identifying and escalating modern slavery risks. Any member, partner or employee can report a concern confidentially using the contact details below and it will be investigated promptly.
